What does PadGold sell?
PadGold is a home furniture store. Our collections include Accent Chairs, Andy dining table sets, Andrew boho rattan and wood bedroom storage, Cohen Seating woven bar stools and dining chairs, arlo counter-height saddle bar stools, ashen modern wood dressers and nightstands, and 3-Drawer, 6-Drawer, and 9-Drawer Dressers. Do you deliver outside the United States?
No. We currently ship within the United States only, and we do not offer international shipping.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all orders. There are no additional fees at checkout for standard delivery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) are processed on the next business day, and we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Transit takes 3 to 5 business days, so total delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from the date of your order. Delivery may vary by location and by carrier delays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order at any time on our Order Tracking page using your Order ID and the billing email address used at checkout. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original condition, in the original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories, and proof of purchase is required. Returns are handled by mail only; we do not accept in-store returns for online purchases. A prepaid return label is included for eligible returns: simply repack the item, attach the label, and drop it off at a carrier location. If you need a replacement label, please contact us. There is no restocking fee, and returns are completely free for items that meet the criteria, except that if a return is due to a customer ordering error or a change of mind, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund. How long do refunds take?
Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send clear photos of the item and its packaging, together with your order details, to [email protected]. Claims made after 7 days, or without visual proof, may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you act quickly. You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but eligible items may then be returned under our Refund & Return Policy. Full details are in our Cancel Order Policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and Apple Pay. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer payment plans or installment billing at this time. Full details are in our Payment Policy.
